This page describes the data collected by fidflow.ch, what happens to it, and the rights you have.

The site collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. It takes a name, an email address, an optional phone number, a company name and a message.
Browsing the site requires no account and no identification.
Form data is used to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to pursue the business exchange that follows. It serves no other purpose: no newsletter, no transfer for advertising.
Three providers are involved in the processing:
Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States, hosts and delivers the site, protects the form against automated submissions and applies the abuse limitation described below. Data is hosted in Europe; as Cloudflare is a US company, the disclosure relies on the contractual safeguards provided for by Swiss data protection law.
Messages sent through the form are recorded in our management system (Odoo), operated on our own infrastructure, with data hosted in Europe.
Google Ads measures how our advertising performs. Advertising cookies are set by Google, only after you accept.
No data is sold. Beyond the providers named above, no data is passed on to third parties.
To limit automated submissions, the sender's IP address is kept for at most one hour, long enough to cap the number of submissions. The site's technical logs record processing identifiers and the IP address; they do not contain the content of messages.
Form data is kept for as long as a business exchange remains plausible, and deleted once that is no longer the case. You may request its deletion at any time (see section 08).
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, an audience measurement with no cookie and no persistent identifier. It cannot identify you or track you across sites.
fidflow uses Google Ads to measure how its advertising performs. This measurement relies on advertising cookies set by Google.
These cookies are set only after you accept. The legal basis for this processing is your consent. Until you answer, and if you decline, no Google script is loaded and no advertising cookie is set.
Your choice is kept for six months in your browser's local storage. It is not a cookie, and this information is never transmitted. After six months, you are asked again.
You can change your choice at any time through the Cookies link in the footer. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.
The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) gives you the right to request access to the data concerning you, its rectification or deletion, and to object to its processing. A request to is enough; proof of identity may be requested.
