Your books, kept and up to date.
We keep the books of limited companies (sociétés de capitaux) established in Switzerland: day-to-day entries, VAT, payroll and financial statements. Two paces are available, depending on what your company needs.
What bookkeeping covers
Two paces, one rate
Some companies want to know where they stand every month. Others want to be in order and stop thinking about it. Both are legitimate, and you do not have to pick the first to be well served.
Ongoing work takes more hours: transactions are posted as they come in, deadlines are tracked, nothing piles up. Deadline-driven accounting takes fewer: you send us your documents when a deadline falls — your VAT status sets the pace — and we produce your accounts and your returns.
The hourly rate is the same. What changes is the number of hours, and you know in advance what moves it.
How it works
A file that has been kept properly takes few hours. A file that has to be picked up costs the time it takes to pick it up — we tell you that before we start, not after.
Common questions
Does a Sàrl (Swiss limited liability company) have to keep accounts?
Yes. Limited companies must keep accounts and present annual accounts, whatever their turnover. That duty is set out in art. 957 para. 1 no. 2 CO.
How much does bookkeeping cost?
We bill on time spent. The amount depends on the volume of documents, the state of the file and the pace you choose. Describe your situation and we will give you an estimate before we start.
Can I keep my current software?
Our production runs on Odoo. If you already work in it, we take over your environment as it stands. If not, you simply send us your documents and you never see the tool.
What happens if my bookkeeping is behind?
We pick it up. Catching up is billed on the time it takes, and we give you the order of magnitude before we start.
Are your books up to date, or not at all?
Describe your situation and we will tell you what it involves and what it costs.
