fidflow SA is a Geneva accounting firm, incorporated in 2025. It keeps the books of incorporated companies based in Switzerland: day-to-day entries, payroll, tax, year-end closing and statutory obligations.
It was founded and is run by Kevin Ben Sliman, certified fiduciary expert (expert fiduciaire diplômé), in practice since 2013. That title is awarded on a Swiss federal examination. The company is young, the practice it carries on is not.
The engagements we handle
Around fifty companies: services, hospitality, shipping, start-ups, construction trades, real estate. From companies with no employees to around fifteen.
Incorporated companies based in Geneva and elsewhere in Switzerland, with real activity and transactions to record. Foreign companies with a Swiss entity. Individuals are outside fidflow's scope.
How we bill
By the hour, never a fixed fee. A price set in advance puts the two sides at odds: the one who bills has every reason to spend as little time as possible on the file, the one who pays to get as much out of it as possible. Nobody is acting in bad faith — it is the arrangement that sets them against each other.
By the hour, whatever automation saves goes back to the client.
How we produce
All our production runs through Odoo, and has for four years. If your company already works in it, we take your environment as it stands. If it runs elsewhere, moving it over is billed at time spent.
On a deadline-driven engagement you never see the tool: you send us your documents, we produce.
Two rhythms
Ongoing where the engagement provides for it: transactions are handled as the weeks go by, receivables and payables with them.
Deadline-driven where it does not: the work starts when a deadline falls. It costs less, and it is enough for many companies.
What we do not do
We are not an Odoo integrator. We do not have the all-round command of the software you would find at a specialist, and we would rather stay on our own trade: we implement the modules we go on to operate, not the others.
