SUBSIDIARY · BRANCH · PERMANENT ESTABLISHMENT

A single point of contact for your Swiss entity.

Your company is established in Switzerland and its administration is scattered, run from a distance, or was picked up by someone who has since left. We take the whole of it.

What the engagement covers

Bookkeeping and financial statements.

Payroll and social insurance contributions for staff in Switzerland.

Tax returns and VAT.

Registered office address in Geneva and handling of post.

Administrative representation if your company has to meet the residence requirement.

One point of contact for all of it, and one invoice.

What costs money is the distance

Someone on the ground who follows the file.

A Swiss entity steered from abroad builds up delays that are invisible from far away: a letter from the tax authorities left unanswered, a social insurance statement that slips through, an objection deadline that runs out.

It is not a question of competence, it is a question of presence. Swiss deadlines are local, the post is local, and so are the authorities.

Who this is for

Companies with a genuine presence in Switzerland — a subsidiary, a branch, a permanent establishment, staff on the ground, or activity actually carried out from Swiss territory.

We do not assist with incorporating Swiss companies for founders resident abroad.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need a Swiss-resident director?

A Swiss company must be able to be represented by a person resident in Switzerland. We can take on that function, on a strictly administrative footing, once we have looked at the company.

What languages do you work in?

French and English, and we deal with the authorities in French.

Can you take over a file kept by another accounting firm?

Yes. We take the file as it stands and give you an order of magnitude for the work before we start.

Does your Swiss entity need a local point of contact?

Describe your situation and we will tell you what it involves and what it costs.
